January 20, 2004: What Should They Do To Spammers?

Comments are being solicited here on amending the sentencing guidelines in the new federal anti-spamming act. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that they can be e-mailed.

I don't suppose they'll consider "Painful death," no matter how many of us write in.
