This obnoxious little Discord has always been around,
but the recent growth of communications has seemed to
spur its growth. The IPYABT Discord only takes effect
when the celestial is interacting with a human that is
physically present (hence the name). Servitors of
Nybbas and Marc dread collecting this Discord, as it
can make them a lot less effective very, very quickly.
A Celestial with IPYABT is simply less ... interesting
(both in the good and bad senses of the word).
Subtract twice the level of the Discord from any
attempt to intimidate, impress or influence a human
being: attempting to use a demonic resonance is at -1
for each level of the Discord, except for Djinn and/or
Calabim (neither Band cares what you think of them).
A Celestial with IPYABT/6 could manifest in full
glory, with a flaming sword in each hand and a 1000
man choir singing in the background ... and have a
human yawn in his face.
Servitors of the Media and/or Trade must add the level
of this Discord to their dissonance rolls!
