P. 33. Under 3D Spatial Sense delete "On an IQ roll," use is automatic. It is useless in hyperdrive; delete the mention that it functions at -2 in hyperdrive "skip." Add "+2 to Free Fall" to the list of bonuses given.
P. 39. Under Wealthy Jobs, the skill roll for Idle Rich/Noble is IQ.
The Pirate success roll is 10 + |Reputation| (i.e., 10 + the magnitude of any Reputation advantage or disadvantage).
Pp. 41-42. It costs 8 points to play a Sparrial. Replace the Advantages and Disadvantages paragraph with this one:
Sparrials have ST -3 (-20 points), DX +2 (20 points) and HT +1 (10 points). They have two levels of Acute Taste and Smell (4 points) and Night Vision (10 points). Sparrials have the racially learned skill Climbing at DX-1 (1 point) and a scent-based variant of Detect Lies at IQ+3 (8 points) vs. humans, Sparrials and most other races (because the Sparrial has to smell the subject for the skill to work, there is a -20% limitation on the skill cost). If they take a round to prepare, using the Step and Concentrate maneuver (p. B106), Sparrials can make leaps of twice their normal Jump distance (bought as one level of Super Jump (10 points), see p. CI68). They have the racial disadvantages of Gluttony (-5 points), Kleptomania (-15 points) and Stubbornness (-5 points). A Sparrial has normal height and weight, by human standards, for its ST; however, they do age more quickly than humans (Short Lifespan (-10 points)).
P. 42. It costs -3 points to play a Pachekki. Replace the Advantages and Disadvantages paragraphs with these:
Pachekki get ST -4 (-30 points), DX +3 (30 points), HT +2 (20 points) and IQ -1 (-10 points), as well as a -1 to basic Speed (-5 points). They have the advantages of Double-Jointed (5 points), Limited Regrowth (20 points), Peripheral Vision (15 points) and Rapid Healing (5 points). Their racial disadvantages are Hard of Hearing (-10 points), either Impulsiveness or Laziness (-10 points) and Split Personality (-10 points) (see below). By human standards they are Ugly (-10 points): -2 on reactions.Because of their amphibious origin, Pachekki have a +3 racial skill bonus to Swimming (2 points), as well as the racial disadvantages of Increased Life Support (-10 points) and a mild Dependency: Water (-5 points) to reflect their need to swim or bathe regularly. They are tall and slender: a foot taller than human normal for ST, and 20 pounds lighter than human normal for their height.
Pp. 42-43 It costs 65 points to play a Tree. Replace the first paragraph of Advantages and Disadvantages with this one:
Treefolk have ST +2 (20 points), DX -3 (-30 points), IQ +2 (20 points) and HT +4 (45 points). Their Move cannot exceed 1 (bought as four levels of Reduced Move (-20 points)). Their organs are diffuse and duplicated, giving them DR 2 (6 points). Their three stalked eyes, which look very human, give them 360-Degree Vision (20 points). Treefolk don't start aging until they reach 150, and then only at half the rate of a human (Extended Lifespan (5 points)). They have one level of Improved G-Tolerance (5 points). Instead of arms, Treefolk have eight fronds (see below). They have the Hard of Hearing (-10 points), Honesty (-10 points) and Color Blindness (-10 points) disadvantages. Their own speech is ultrasonic (Ultrasonic Speech (25 points)), where Treefolk hear quite well, but they can speak in lower registers for the convenience of other races, too. Due to their unique physiology, Treefolk have one level of Increased Life Support (-10 points). They also have the taboo trait Cannot Swim (0 points); in water more than three feet deep, Treefolk eventually drown, though it takes (HT/2) hours. They have the racial quirks of Demand Courtesy, Detest Poetry, Ignore Status, Love Nature/Hate Cities and Strongly Libertarian (-5 points).
Replace the Special Combat Rules paragraph with this one:
Because of their unusual structure, Treefolk perform differently in combat. Of their eight fronds, only four can be used to swing a weapon. They cannot punch, but they can fight effectively with two hand weapons at once (but can only aim one missile weapon at a time). This is bought as two Extra Arms with full function (10 points) and four Extra Arms that cannot attack (8 points). They are very resistant to damage from projectiles, giving Treefolk DR +3 vs. non-explosive missile weapons (6 points) – the bullets tend to go through or to lodge in them. However they have three levels of Vulnerability (-30 points) to fire or flame-producing weapons. Their eight fronds give Treefolk a +4 on any attempt to Grapple. Because of their 360-Degree Vision, all their adjacent hexes are front hexes.
P. 43. It costs 19 points to play a Gormelite. Replace the first paragraph under Advantages and Disadvantages with this one:
Gormelites have ST +4 (45 points) and HT +3 (30 points). They are 6" taller than human for their ST and 50 lbs. heavier than human for their height. They have DR 1 (3 points), and the racially learned skills of Axe/Mace at DX (2 points) and Brawling at DX+2 (4 points). Their racial disadvantages include Bad Temper (-10 points), Bully (-10 points), Greed (-15 points), Overconfidence (-10 points) and Paranoia (-10 points). They also have a Reputation, known to all, as dangerous, untrustworthy thugs: -2 on any reaction (-10 points). But they are not berserkers; their attacks are clever and calculated. Many are sadists.

P. 101. In the third paragraph under Black holes, if our Sun were squeezed to black-hole density, its event horizon would be 1.8 miles from its center.
P. 103. Throughout Star Types, replace "brightest" with "most luminous" and "brighter" with "more luminous".
P. 111. Moons: Luna is 27% Earth size, and would fit under the large moon classification, not the medium moon one.
